MARKET REFUND POLICY 

Vendor Fees – Vendor stall fees are non-refundable except in cases of market cancellation by the organizers. If a vendor is unable to attend on their scheduled date, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Product Purchases – Refunds and returns on goods sold at the farmers market are determined by individual vendors. Customers should check with vendors regarding their specific refund or exchange policies before purchasing.

Inclement Weather – The farmers market operates rain or shine. Refunds will not be issued due to poor weather conditions unless the market is officially canceled by the Chamber.

Cancellations & No Shows – Vendors who fail to show up on a scheduled market day forfeit their booth fee. If a vendor needs to withdraw from the market season, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of the market management.

Special Circumstances – Refunds may be granted in exceptional cases (e.g., serious illness or emergency) at the discretion of market management. Requests must be made in writing.
