The Greater Williamson Chamber of Commerce is excited to welcome dedicated volunteers to help run key booths at the Williamson Farmers' Market. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in your community, support local businesses, and help create an engaging experience for visitors and vendors alike!

Volunteer Roles

Chamber Booth Assistance

At the Chamber Booth, volunteers will:

• Assist vendors with registration and market-related inquiries

• Sell reusable shopping bags to market attendees

• Provide information about the Chamber and how businesses & individuals can join

• Answer questions from visitors about the market and community programs

• Help with Adult Activities

• Meet & Greet Visitors as they arrive

Kid’s Booth Activities

At the Kid’s Booth, volunteers will:

• Stamp children’s Market Passports

• Help facilitate fun crafts and hands-on activities throughout the season

• Engage with young visitors to create an enjoyable, family-friendly market experience

​Setup & Breakdown

• Help Vendors find their space

• Help setup tents and tables

• Help breakdown and put away tents and tables
